The Scout Centre
The Scout Centre is the newest of our buildings and is ideal for indoor camps, Pack Holidays and sleepovers. The building has one large carpeted room, a room with bunk beds sleeping 12, two smaller rooms which are ideal for leaders and a dedicated lockable leaders’ room. Groups need to bring their own bedding as this is not provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, plates, bowls, mugs and cutlery. The main hall has 10 tables and approximately 100 chairs. The building also contains male and female toilets, hot showers and an accessible toilet and shower. If booking the Scout Centre, please make sure you have read the site rules relating to the building. For day hire, 40 people are included in the price of the booking then the day rate applies for any additional people. Overnight hire includes a maximum capacity of 40 people.
The Rowney Building
Set in the woodland, the Rowney Building has a large hall with a kitchen which includes cookers, fridge, hot water and heating. This hut is ideal for campers that need the kitchen and indoor backup. The Rowney Building is also used for rifle shooting and indoor archery. If booking the Rowney Building, please make sure you have read the site rules relating to the building. For day hire, 20 people are included in the price of the booking then the day rate applies for any additional people. Overnight hire includes a maximum capacity of 20 people.
